Will I be charged customs fees?

Customs and duty charges are not typically applied to paper goods. However, should any duties or import fees arise, these remain the responsibility of the recipient when placing an order in Great British Pounds (GBP £).

Proofing For Bespoke & Personalised Orders

What Is A Proof?

Proofing is the stage where you review and approve your personalised design before it goes into the production stage. You will receive a digital proof showing exactly how your wording, layout and chosen details will appear.

This is your opportunity to ensure everything is correct, including spelling, dates and formatting, before we begin printing. We recommend reviewing your proof carefully, as production begins immediately after approval.

When Will I Receive A Proof?

Once your order has been placed, within two business days, we will email you a proof. You can amend the proof, should there be any changes or approve the proof for printing.
