When Will I Receive My Order?
Wedding Invitation Proofs
Once your order has been placed, within two working days, we will email you a proof. You can amend the proof, should there be any changes or approve the proof for printing.
Wedding Invitation Production Time
Please note that when you order Wedding Invitations, your order will only go into production, once you have approved your proof. Following approval it will take approximately 15 working days to produce and deliver your Wedding Invitations.

How do I place my order for my wedding invitations?

Upload your logo or emblem that will go on the front of the card. Complete all design details and place your order online.
2. Craftsmanship
WithIn two working days, you will receive a design proof, which you can amend or approve for production.
3. Receive & Gift
Your greeting cards order will be with you 15 working days from the sign-off of the proof and approval date, ready to share with love.
Are the invitations customisable?
Yes. All our wedding invitations are personalised to your wording, colours and preferences. Your order is typeset by our team to ensure your design is both elegant and well balanced.
Can I cancel or return my order?
As each order is bespoke and made to your exact specifications, cancellations, returns and refunds are not possible once your order has been approved and gone into production. With qualifying circumstances, a credit can be provided.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Samples are available for reference via our consultation services only. This one-to-one service allows you to further personalise our existing range or create something entirely bespoke, whilst experiencing the quality of our papers, finishes, and traditional production techniques in detail with a dedicated member of our team.
